Q. How will I find my driver at the airport?
A. Our drivers always monitor the flight and wait near the airport and meet the customer in the short stay car park. For any reason if you still cannot find him, please give us a call.

Q. What time are you open until?
A. We operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week all throughout the calendar year.

Q. Do you provide baby/child car seats?
A. Yes. We can provide car seats for your child, but you need to tell us in advance and the age on the child to ensure we have the correct car seat for his/her requirement.

Q. Am I allowed to smoke in the minicab?
A. It is against the law to smoke in any licenced private hire cars.

Q. Can I smoke in the car?
A. No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles.

Q. Will I receive any confirmation if I book online?
A. Yes. Once the booking is finalized we will send confirmation via email or text message.

Q. What will happen if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
A. In the event that your flight is delayed or cancelled please try to inform us as soon as possible. If you have provided your flight information we will monitor your flight for any delay or early arrival and can then send out the driver at the appropriate time.

Q. Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
A. Yes, we accept many methods of payments including all major credit/debit cards as well as Paypal but please note we don't take the card payment over the phone. See terms and conditions for further information.
